It’s now easier than ever to order a repeat prescription, thanks to a new phone and website systems we have introduced. As long as your pet is under the care of one of our vets and meets the criteria on our prescriptions page, you can simply leave a voicemail by phone or submit a form on our website, and collect the prescription 48 hours later.
Requesting prescriptions by phone
We have recently had a new phone system installed at both our Bridlington and Driffield branches – please note the options have changed. We now have a dedicated prescription message line and we ask where possible clients use this line and leave a message with your request.
Call the Driffield practice on 01377 252087 or the Bridlington practice on 01262 677269, depending on which location you would like to collect the prescription from, and leave a message with your name, your pet’s name, your address and the medication you require. Please be assured this message service is monitored throughout the day.
For all appointment booking and general enquiries, you can still speak to reception by pressing option one.
Requesting prescriptions online
Even simpler, to request a prescription online, head to our prescriptions page and fill in and submit the webform, ensuring you select which practice you’d like to collect it from. You will receive an email to confirm the medication is ready to collect.
