Our out-of-hours service is run by our dedicated team who are on site at our Bridlington small animal hospital 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This ensures your pets have round-the-clock access to veterinary care from our team, which includes at least one vet and registered veterinary nurse out of normal practice hours.
The facilities at our new Bridlington practice mean we have accommodation in which to hospitalise inpatients in a warm and comfortable environment, with staff members on hand at all times. We have separate wards for dogs and cats.
Home visits
In the majority of cases, the best option for the quickest medical attention for your pet requiring emergency services can be achieved by taking your pet to your nearest Aldgate Vets practice, after speaking to the on-duty vet. If this is outside of normal practice hours, this would need to be our Bridlington small animal hospital, which is where our out-of-hours team are based.
Home visits may be offered on occasions during normal practice hours, when appropriate and at the discretion of the on-duty vet. Unfortunately we are unable to offer home visits outside of these hours. Please note that additional costs to consultation fees will be incurred by home visits.
In the event of an emergency outside normal opening times please call the daytime practice number (Driffield 01377 252087/Bridlington 01262 677269) and follow the instructions.
