We run a dedicated veterinary surgeon-led rehabilitation service. A key part of our multi-disciplinary approach to animal wellbeing, the rehab service has transformed the health and happiness of many, many patients.

Whether your pet is recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition such as arthritis or spinal disease, training for competition, needing to lose weight, looking to improve muscle condition, or simply wanting to have fun and build up their fitness, we can help.

With the assistance of our specialist rehabilitation team, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your pet’s quality of life has been improved.

The rehabilitation treatments that we offer work to enhance traditional surgical and medical care. Our services include: hydrotherapy, class four laser therapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, electrotherapy for pain relief and muscle maintenance, dietary advice, and therapeutic exercise prescriptions.

Treatment is given by veterinary referral. Each patient is assessed by Veterinary Surgeon Rayana Kamal, who creates a tailored treatment plan designed to ensure the best results for your pet. The rehabilitation centre will move to Aldgate Veterinary Hospital in Bridlington, when it opens later this year, with parking available on site, and facilities for hospitalised and day patients in addition to full standard veterinary care. However, rehabilitation services offered by Rayana and the team will still be available in Driffield.
