We are a friendly independent practice dedicated to providing an excellent standard of care to all of our clients.

The practice was established in 1996 when two neighbouring practices decided to pool their resources and expertise to improve the service offered to clients in Driffield, Bridlington and the surrounding area

Since the practice was established we have evolved into a eight vet, two centre practice, offering a comprehensive 24 hour service to pets, farm animals and horses.

Our vets are supported by a dedicated and caring team of veterinary nurses, administration and reception staff.

Puppy Love

The bond between owners and pets is of upmost importance, so if you’ve recently made a furry addition to the family and want to get your relationship off to the best possible start, why not come along to one of our newly-introduced Puppy Parties?

Taking place on a monthly basis at our Driffield practice, we will help you master basic commands, as well as the best ways to interact with your puppy, how to introduce them to other dogs and what to expect during play time. Our Puppy Parties are run by one of our registered veterinary nurses and provide an invaluable opportunity for you to chat to our experienced staff, whilst your puppy
learns to socialise in a fun and controlled environment. We can offer advice on socialisation, the importance of preventative treatments for fleas and worms, how to check for signs of ill health and what to do if you are concerned about your puppy. The sessions aim to enable pups to have an enjoyable time at the vets, which will hopefully lead to less nervousness and apprehension if and when
puppies have to visit the practice for real. Puppy Parties are open to dogs aged 12 to 16 weeks, who have had their primary vaccinations with us, but for puppies not yet immunised.

To celebrate the re-launch of the Puppy Parties, we are now offering 20% discount on the cost of our primary vaccination course.

* When purchasing the primary vaccination course customers will also be entitled to all of the following offers:

  • • Invite to our next Puppy Party

  • • Free flea and worm treatment

  • • 10% discount on neutering fees

  • • Puppy information pack

  • • Discounted puppy food

  • • Free ID chip

Our first Puppy Party, took place on Wednesday 29th January, and was a huge success, as Lucy Butler, director at Aldgate Veterinary Practice, explains:

“In total, nine puppies popped down to the surgery for play time and owners gave
extremely positive feedback about the evening, with particular emphasis on how
informative it had been. Everyone left the session with a certificate, a rosette and a smile on their face or a wag of their tail! We would welcome and encourage
all puppies that we have vaccinated to join us, as they’re a great way
to help your pet learn important social skills, as well as to get
answers to any puppy-related questions you may have.”
